Albaugh™ Europe was a sponsor of the 18th European Weed Research Society Symposium taking place in Ljubljana from June 17 to 21 2018. The symposium is organized every 2-3 years to promote and encourage weed research and weed control technology in Europe.
Slovenia hosted the symposium for the first time and the local organizer was Agricultural Institute of Slovenia.
Around 300 participants from all over Europe and beyond attended the event – weed scientists, environmental experts, representatives of international associations, public institutions and professional companies.
Douglas Kaye, President of Albaugh Europe, stated, “This symposium is a unique setting where scientists and industry professionals can gather to discuss and learn about new technologies and trends to enhance agriculture productivity.
