Position: Regulatory Manager, Albaugh Europe

Work Location: Remote
 
Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Implement and continuously develop the company’s EU regulatory strategy to ensure product registrations are obtained in line with commercial objectives and to maintain registrations in the light of constantly changing regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products and the maintenance of existing product registrations.
  • Represent the company on active ingredient and other task forces.
  • Build good contacts in the industry and with official bodies, regulators etc. at senior levels in order to raise the company’s profile and to facilitate efficient regulatory processes.
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager and other business functions (product development, technical support, sales/marketing etc.) to ensure good awareness of EU regulatory requirements/constraints and to improve business planning and forecasting.

Position: Business Development Manager, Albaugh Europe

Work Location: Remote
 
Role & Accountabilities
  • Keeping up to date on trends to identify attractive, sustainable markets and segments
  • Monitor EU regulatory development, specifically restrictions, to identify growing product opportunities
  • Liaise with regulatory, advisers and influencers in the various countries to ensure a close understanding of the market and future outlook
  • Provide the Marketing Director and Business Managers a continued forward-looking view of the market
  • Support in establishing and reviewing market approaches to enter into new geographies, new countries, new market segments and new integrated business models
  • Utilize all existing sources of data such as Kleffmann, Sigma and feedback from the market, to provide an accurate view of the market, covering crops, products, and competition
  • Analyze and present at least 5 new business cases per year with supporting market figures and financials
  • Update each year the portfolio strategy as well as continuous review of the risks of the current pipeline
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to identify and review Label Extensions (LEX) for current portfolio
  • Identify 3rd parties to partner with for product development; be an attractive and preferred business partner in the industry
  • Evaluate new technologies to acquire or in-license
  • Define, plan and exploit regulatory trials to support product launches (tank mix, programs, specific targets, etc) working closely with the Product Manager(s) to create a USP

Position: Customer Marketing & Product Manager, Albaugh Europe

Work Location: Remote
 
Accountabilities
  • Implement product strategy as defined in approved business cases
  • Prepare and implement product launch plans liaising with the relevant business managers
  • Provide country support for issues raised and support the business managers for any technical advice
  • Support S&OP process to guide purchases and allocations
  • Lead projects related to respective product improvements i.e. improved GAP, formulation change etc
  • Define, organize and exploit marketing (and if useful regulatory) trials to support products (tank mix, programmes, specific targets…) and create USP
  • Prepare marketing material (presentations, leaflets...) and marketing campaign for general or targeted purposes in coordination with the Business Manager
  • Maintain and communicate central database for marketing materials (set up/enhance basic digital marketing tools (website, and social media)
  • Liaise with advisers and influencers in the various countries in relation with the concerned BM to present, promote and create pull on our products

OPIS DELOVNEGA MESTA:
  • Kontiranje in evidentiranje prejetih računov za matično družbo in ostale povezane družbe
  • Spremljava terjatev in obveznosti, izterjava zapadlih terjatev
  • Priprava tedenskih planov plačil, knjiženje plačil
  • Izdelava davčnih obračunov za posamezna obdobja za matično družbo in povezane družbe
  • Izdelava analiz in poročil za zunanje in notranje uporabnike
  • Sodelovanje pri pripravi plana za matično družbo in ostale povezane družbe
  • Priprava podlag za izdelavo obdobnih računovodskih izkazov in pripravi letnega poročila matične družbe in povezanih družb
